Call It Yours is a playful digital experience. These terms explain the practical boundaries behind the symbolism.
A symbolic record
Call It Yours creates an expressive, unofficial claim. It does not transfer property, intellectual-property, image, land, naming, or any other legal right. Registry verification confirms only that this service issued a record.
What you may upload
You may upload only photos and information you have the right to use. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, hateful, abusive, invasive, or exploitative material, or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
What you receive
A completed one-time purchase includes one symbolic record, its chosen public or private presentation, and the downloadable certificate formats shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive your complete card number.
Visibility and sharing
You choose whether the full record is public or private. A registry number can still be checked for authenticity. If you publish or share a record, people with the link may copy or reshare what you made.
Moderation and removal
We may restrict or remove content that violates these terms, creates risk, or is the subject of a credible rights or safety request. Buyers and affected people can use the Report or remove page for review.
Availability
We work to keep records and downloads available, but no online service is perfectly permanent or uninterrupted. If a paid delivery fails, send a request so we can investigate and make the delivery right where reasonably possible. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
