What we process

• Account identifiers supplied by the sign-in provider.
• Your uploaded photo, claim text, dedication, chosen visibility, and optional date or place details.
• Registry, delivery, security, and payment-reference data. Stripe handles your complete payment-card details.
• Technical request information used to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to preserve drafts, complete payment, issue the registry number, render certificates, show the account library, honor visibility choices, prevent abuse, and respond to support or removal requests.

What becomes public

For a public record, the fields you choose to display can be seen by anyone with the link or registry number. Private records remain available through the buyer’s account, while limited registry-verification information remains accessible.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe processes payment; Cloudflare provides DNS and edge security; and our hosting provider runs the application. Each processes data only for its role in delivering the service.

Retention and control

Completed records and account downloads are retained while the service and record remain active. Incomplete drafts and temporary files may be deleted when no longer needed. Use Report or remove to ask for access, correction, privacy review, or deletion; some minimal transaction or security data may need to be retained where required.

Cookies

We use necessary cookies for authentication, draft continuity, and security. The Call It Yours experience does not require advertising cookies.
